Leslie A. Martey

Leslie Martey, an experienced attorney, is the founder and principal of Jump for Joy Toys, a toy company that focuses on creating toys involving the physical activity of jumping with an emphasis on unstructured, free play. She invented HIP 'N HOP™ and is responsible for inventing all of the Company's toys as well as its overall management and direction. Leslie is passionate about bringing joy into the lives of children through the Company's products.

She graduated from Fordham University School of Law and is currently of counsel to Raice Paykin & Krieg LLP, a law firm located in New York City. She has extensive corporate, business and securities law experience including SEC filings, reporting and compliance and transactional matters such as public and private equity and debt offerings, and other capital raising transactions, as well as restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, dispositions and similar transactions. Leslie was in-house counsel for Concord Camera Corporation, a U.S. publicly traded company that designs, develops, manufactures and sells cameras worldwide, has clerked for a judge and practiced at other New York City law firms.
