About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist is a savvy digital marketer with a proven ability to run multi-channel paid media campaigns as well as lead overall digital marketing initiatives as it relates to website, email, and social media. This individual will manage and oversee all paid traffic initiatives, consumer-facing email campaigns, develop strategies, run tests, analyze campaign results, and implement optimizations.
Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in team management.
Digital advertising including social media and search paid advertising platforms (META, TikTok, Google Ads, Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
Experience with analytics suites (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Google Search Console, etc.)
Website management and CMS platforms (Wordpress, Shopify)
Email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp)
Running A/B, multivariate tests
