The International Sales Support Associate has excellent communication skills and works well with people from around the globe, understanding their time zone challenges, and language barriers. What you'll be doing:

Maintains all system related functions to create Sales Orders and track key order updates in Asia using X3, SAGE, and G Suite for Incoterm and Domestic customer PO’s.
Works with internal teams to initiate and follow the complete order cycle from creation to shipment.
Ensures the accuracy of information being passed to all departments, (i.e., sales, procurement, Asia and finance).
Review license approvals for specific Territories and work with our Legal team to ensure licensed rights before order creation.
Maintains knowledge of your monthly Territory order and shipment goals to ensure this is being met by escalating to appropriate leaders in order to achieve this.
Monitor the process, identify strangleholds, and propose improvements/solutions.
Communicate with internal departments for order requirements such as packaging, or special requests.
Assist Sales and Customers with sample requests as needed.
Assist Sales with Item and material information as needed for logistical data reporting.
Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment but able to maintain composure when under pressure.

2 plus years of Account Management experience 

2 plus years of administrative office experience

Incoterms Shipping knowledge 

Prior Manufacturing is a plus

Problem solving skills

Positive, “can do” attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

Proficient in computer programs including internet, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook and Google Docs

Strong Excel skills and attention to accuracy

Multi-lingual a PLUS
