About the Role
• Act as the conduit between licensor and internal teams: production, sales, creative
• Coordinate and oversee the submission process with all relevant teams
• Communicate Licensors’ comments and revisions to the team as needed
• Respond in a timely manner to all comments or questions regarding licensor feedback from Account
Managers, Sales Reps and the Production Department
• Oversee documentation of all stages of the approval process to include confirming that the India team is
updating Style Generator with all up to date licensor feedback
• Communicate with Licensors regarding approvals (timeliness, troubleshooting) – this role will reach out to
licensors for pending approvals, day to day questions and issues that may arise
• Assist the art team with asset requests for the Licensor – this role will reach out to the licensors for any
specific art asset questions
• Download licensor assets for new and existing licenses and archive in SharePoint
• Communicate and coordinate approval status with production team
• Participate in weekly meetings with production, ensuring all are aligned and answer any questions the
team may have
• Receive samples and distribute accordingly to include submission to Licensors
• Assist with Licensing administrative projects including, but not limited to, updating licensing sheets,
setting up new licenses in Style Generator and Epicor, sales department projects, requesting Letters of
Authorization, requesting Certificates of Insurance
• Run ad hoc Epicor licensing reports
• All other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-3 years related experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work nimbly to meet the demands of the business
• Ability to multi-task between various projects
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines
• Superior communication skills; both verbal and written
• Must be able to work onsite, with some hybrid options available
