About the Role
The Marketing Services Team Manager will play a key leadership role within The Op Games' marketing department. This position is responsible for managing a team of marketing professionals and overseeing various marketing services, including events, digital advertising & marketing, social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and analytics. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategies and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in team management.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
Excellent project management skills.
Knowledge of tabletop gaming, licensing, and/or toys is a plus.
