About the Role
The Product Marketing Coordinator - Licensed Products leads our marketing efforts for our diverse portfolio of licensed games, puzzles, and accessories. You will work closely with The Op's licensors, partners, and internal teams to execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, customer engagement, brand loyalty, and revenue for both B2B and B2C channels. You will collaborate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to support new product launches, strategic messaging, product positioning, and creative campaign development.
2+ years of experience in consumer marketing.
Experience in ideating and executing strategic creative work.
Passion for board games, entertainment, pop culture, and licensing.
Experience in creating impactful B2C and/or B2B campaigns.
Experience with managing outsourced agencies.
Experience with creating reports and presentations.
Experience working with influencers and PR correspondence.
Strong analytical background to support a test-and-learn approach for evolving and improving licensed product marketing campaigns.
Proven experience collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
