Position Summary:
The Program Coordinator will provide essential support to the Program & Events Manager. The
role focuses on assisting with the coordination and execution of events and programs,
managing logistics, and ensuring smooth cross-functional operations. This is a full-time, remote
position, requiring exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage
multiple priorities. Role model and demonstrate the organization’s core values of innovation, unity,
collaboration, integrity, respect and accountability.

Responsibilities:
● Work with Executive Director, Program & Events Manager and other staff members to
ideate, plan and execute programs that align with the organization's strategic
imperatives.
● Collaborate with chapter chairs, committee chairs and other stakeholders to support
in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
● Facilitate meetings via Zoom and in-person including hosting, monitoring chat, running
polls, creating breakout rooms and recording sessions.
● Assist in managing event logistics, including venue sourcing, catering, AV needs, and
materials.
● Synchronize program marketing efforts across marketing platforms including social,
digital and live events.
● Virtual programming support including managing Learning Communities meetings,
encouraging attendee participation in Casual Fridays, moderating chat discussion in
webinars
● Coordinate the sourcing, distribution and shipment of event collateral, signage, and
promotional materials.

● Support the preparation and execution of major events, such as trade show activations,
Empowerment Day, Wonder Women Awards, etc.
● Oversee event registration, guest communications, and participant management.
● Assist with budget tracking, vendor contracts, and expense management.
● Prepare reports and post-event analyses to inform future planning.

Schedule and Location:
● Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm in your local time zone
● Availability for occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate global activities in
multiple time zones.
● Remote with potential travel as required.

Requirements

● Exceptional organizational, project management and time-management skills.

● Strong interpersonal, relationship management and communication abilities.

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

● Proficient in Google Suite, communication platforms (Zoom, Slack) and project

management tools (Monday.com)

● Familiarity with creative software (Canva) and forms and survey tools (JotForm, Survey

Monkey)

● Flexibility to adjust to dynamic schedules and priorities.
