About the Role
Custom Product Account – 50% of time
1. Take over day to day responsibilities with a current account that has unique requirements and a huge potential upside. This account takes coordination with our HK office, US PD/Art Dept, and Demand Planning on custom products. This is a high visibility account within the company and there are specific people in management that need to stay in the loop.
2. Meeting with customer in person in Youngstown to present, discuss products, pricing, timing, deliver samples, obtain approvals, etc. Relay all information and feedback to the LA office and HK Team.
Retail Accounts – 50 % of time
3. Manage and grow current regional retail accounts and look to open others. These will follow more of a regular cadence with appointments, submissions, selections etc. Some are “house accounts” and some have outside sale representatives that help us manage the account.
4. Will travel to meet in person with buyers at their offices or shows.
In both cases this person will need to manage everything from meeting notes to price requests, samples request, forecasting, strategic planning, POS analysis, etc.
Daily and weekly Teams calls with other departments such as Sales, Art/PD and Operations are required.
At least 3-5 years in sales managing accounts with custom product and with retailers.
Excellent written an oral communication.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work with a team remotely.
