Brilliant PR & Marketing, one of the most respected and rapidly growing agencies focused on family-oriented brands, seeks a Full-time Senior Account Executive to help support the agency’s growing, award-winning team.

So what’s Brilliant all about? We are a unique PR agency with nearly 20 team members who all work remotely across the US. We give our team the resources they need to get their work done without having to sit in a cubicle or stuffy office. From costume contests to virtual happy hours and Slack GIFs, we prioritize connecting with each other and creating a sense of community. Although we are remote, team members are expected to be available online during regular business hours, and there is occasional travel for events and trade shows.

Job Description:
Work within the framework of a supportive 3-4 person team that will depend upon you in executing fundamental account tasks, while simultaneously leading clients’ campaigns, strategies, events, and activations.
A strong project manager who keeps track of deadlines and truly drives the account team to train
Lead the implementation of specific client programs and campaigns, including the development of project management tools.
Work with senior staff to develop detailed brand strategies, campaigns, and activations
Thoughtful about communications internally and externally
Creative, passionate, and strategic in helping clients increase brand awareness and sales
Builds and maintains strong media relationships with national print, online, and broadcast outlets
Acts as the main point of contact on multiple accounts and communicates clearly, effectively, and confidently via zoom and email
Cultivates talent and mentors junior team members – what training do they need? How can we encourage growth and development?
Creating, planning, and carrying out influencer campaigns, both paid and earned
Enjoys an ever-evolving, fast-paced job, switching gears when needed and prioritizing our workload
Assists with guiding the social media execution team on product priorities, key messaging, and content creation as needed
Familiarity with Cision, Muck Rack, TV Eyes, Creator IQ, or comparable platforms
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

Requirements
4+ years of PR experience in the consumer products industry
Excited about the prospect of not knowing what tomorrow will bring
Has an opinion and is confident in their presentation
Doesn’t hesitate to manage up and down
Enjoys crossing things off your to-do list
Teaching others and in turn, learning, is equally important for them
Resourceful, committed, and deliberate
Loves scrolling through Amazon and shopping online.
Reads media, scrolls TikTok, and finds new brands and start-ups
Shares in brainstorms and isn’t afraid to come up with and try new ideas while encouraging others to speak up
Wants to be a part of a small but strong and mighty team
Appreciates the art of public relations and all of the moving parts
