NOMINATE

Being nominated for a Wonder Woman Award is a great honor. This is your opportunity to recognize and reward an individual who has made meaningful contributions to the toy, licensing and entertainment industries.

Nominations Now Open thru October 31, 2017
Guidelines

Anyone may submit a nominee for a Wonder Women Award. You might like to partner with a friend to nominate. Self-nominations are welcome.

Submission fees are non-refundable, and are as follows:

  • $75 – June 1 through August 31
  • $100 – September 1 through October 31

 

Nominations close October 31, 2017. Nominees will be reviewed by a panel of judges, and final nominees will be selected based on criteria met. A nominee may be moved to a different category than originally nominated. Final nominees will be announced late November, then voting will begin. Voting will be conducted by WIT members, Board of Directors, Advisory Board, and key industry influencers. Winners will be announced at the Wonder Women Awards Gala on February 18, 2018.

Some things to consider when nominating your candidate for a Wonder Woman award:

  • Share why you’re nominating this Wonder Woman, or what makes your nominee a Wonder Woman.
  • Provide any additional information we should know about your nominee. Files and links to articles, websites, etc. may be sent to Amy Good.

In 2017, we will recognize and honor female executives who are creating positive change by giving back, passing on the lessons they’ve learned, and paving the way for future leaders. We pay tribute to these women, who influence the industry and whose work influences the world around them.

What is the format of the WIT Wonder Women Awards Gala?

The cocktail reception begins at 6:00 PM; the seated dinner and Awards program begins at 7:30 pm.

Is there assigned seating at the event?

Yes, there is assigned seating. We will try our best to seat you with everyone in your party. Please include any seating requests in the notes section of your ticket purchase and we will try to accommodate. Assigned seating is only guaranteed for full table purchases.
