About the Role

Requirements

Join us as a LEGO Concept Designer and help build captivating worlds and building experiences for enthusiasts aged 13 and up. Your creativity will encourage LEGO fans worldwide.



Your Role


Conceptualize Worlds: Imagine immersive worlds and play experiences through brainstorming and concept sketches.


Visualize Ideas: Bring ideas to life with concept sketches, mood boards, and digital renderings.


Collaborate: Work with model designers, graphic designers, and engineers to develop new LEGO products.


Research Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences to build appealing concepts for our adult audience.


What We’re Looking For


Creative Vision: Strong creative thinking and originality to fuel innovative LEGO concepts.


Design Expertise: Background in design—graphic design, concept art, or similar experience.


LEGO Knowledge: Understanding of the LEGO System in Play is a plus.


Passion: Genuine passion for LEGO and a collaborative spirit.
