Tell us about your career journey and how you ended up here

My career journey has taught me the importance of pursuing my passions and working hard to achieve my goals. When I started at Warner Media in client success, I gained a great deal of experience in the media industry. However, it was my personal investment in social media platforms that truly sparked my interest.

I became passionate about social media and its potential for helping advertisers achieve better results. This led me to combine my expertise in media with my knowledge of social media platforms, creating a unique and valuable skillset. This journey ultimately brought me to Precise TV, where I have been able to leverage my skills and passion to drive tangible results for my clients.

Through my dedication and hard work, I have learned that success is not just about working hard, but also about pursuing one's passions and never giving up on one's dreams. I am grateful for the opportunities that have come my way and look forward to continuing to grow and develop in my career.

Tell us about a time when you thrived at work, and what you learned about yourself from that experience.

During a previous work experience, I had the opportunity to leverage my network to bring in substantial deals for the company. I found that by actively seeking out and fostering new connections, I was able to expand my network and ultimately benefit my employer.

Through this experience, I learned the importance of being proactive and diligent in building relationships. I realized that my network is not limited to my immediate circle, but rather can expand as far as I'm willing to put in the effort. It taught me that the effort I put into building connections can yield significant returns, not only for myself but also for the organization I work for.

Overall, this experience highlighted the value of networking and the impact it can have on achieving personal and professional goals.

What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite aspect of my job is the opportunity to collaborate and engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds and regions globally. By interacting with people from various parts of the world, I get to expand my knowledge and understanding of different cultures and perspectives, which I find fascinating.

Additionally, I enjoy being involved in the technological advancements and innovations within the industry. Learning about new technologies and how they can be applied to improve our processes is exciting and challenging.

Another aspect of my job that I find interesting is working with point of sales data and analyzing it to gain insights and make informed decisions. Being able to track trends and consumer behavior helps me to make better recommendations for our business.

Lastly, I appreciate being part of the toy industry and the creativity and fun that come along with it. Being involved in advertising and marketing efforts has enabled me to think out of the box to drive results, and that always keeps me fulfilled and motivated.

How about when you "turn off" and go home? Any hobbies or fun activities you are involved in?

I engage in proposal planning as a side hobby and derive immense joy from bringing couples' dreams to reality. This hobby has also provided me with opportunities to expand my network by meeting vendors and enhancing my skills in event planning.
