Carrie Mueller

Carrie has been in the toy industry for nearly 25 years, a career that includes tenure at Imation, Sony, LeapFrog and VTech. Throughout her career and the many changes within the industry, Carrie has remained a consistent force of positivity and momentum. Carrie is committed to her team’s growth and working tirelessly to support and creatively guide opportunities and advancements that benefit both her brands and business team.

She is an active and dedicated WIT MN Chapter Co-Chair and loves to mentor women starting out in their careers.  Carrie’s leadership, in partnership with her business team have grown her segment of the business by nearly double the volume. Carrie was instrumental in VTech being awarded Vendor of the Year by Target in 2018, across all consumer brands store-wide – a huge milestone in her career and an incredible achievement for VTech.

She has cultivated a team culture that prioritizes innovation and collaboration, consistently achieving results even amidst challenges. Carrie’s commitment to mentoring has also driven positive change, through her work with the WIT MN Chapter, she has empowered countless women to advance in their careers, creating lasting impact within the toy industry.
