The evening's program has been thoughtfully arranged to delight and inspire!6:00 PM - The Van Ness parking structure opens.  A valid ID is required to enter Paramount Pictures.6:30 - 8:00 PM - Enjoy the dinner and drinks reception on Bronson Plaza, where conversation and connection flow with ease. Elevated food stations and an open bar will be available throughout. This is also the evening's primary networking window, so we recommend arriving promptly at 6:30 p.m. to make the most of it.8:00 - 9:30 PM - The awards ceremony will take place inside the Paramount Theatre, with assigned seats in a theater style arrangement celebrating this year's finalists and honorees.9:30 - 10:30 PM - A closing celebration of drinks and dessert on Bronson Plaza.

Rideshare is highly encouraged. Parking around Paramount Pictures is limited, and booking your Uber or Lyft in advance is the easiest way to arrive without delay. Once you arrive, our on-site team and event signage will guide you from there. Rideshare drop off is: Van Ness Garage: 783 N. Van Ness Ave.Rideshare pick up: Branson Plaza: 5353 Melrose Ave.For the return trip, we recommend booking a few minutes before you are ready to head out.For guests driving to the event, parking is available at the Van Ness parking deck located at 783 N. Van Ness Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90038. Please note a valid ID is required for entry.
