Marie Marks is head of Global Experiences at Paramount, leading global brand licensing initiatives, strategic business planning, negotiations, and creative developments across all platforms of Location-Based Entertainment, theme parks & resorts, hospitality, stage & tours, and branded experience partnerships utilizing an iconic portfolio including Nickelodeon, Star Trek, Mission: Impossible, Top Gun and MTV.


With responsibility spanning all aspects of the business, Marie oversees commercial structuring, governance, brand stewardship and cross-functional alignment, strengthening continuity between business, legal, compliance and finance functions while restructuring legacy projects to improve long-term performance and capital discipline. She has secured major international partnerships across Asia, the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas, scaling the company’s branded hotel and resort platform tenfold and driving significant growth in revenue, guest engagement and partner performance. She has led the division to its strongest financial performance in recent history, stabilizing the P&L to support sustained growth. Marie was instrumental in establishing the partnership to develop a Paramount-branded theme park in South Korea and China and has significantly increased the presence (or footprint) of Nickelodeon IP across major theme parks worldwide. She is proud to have assembled a world-class team of business specialists and creatives to support the divisions growth strategy which is primed for continued success.

While studying Law at UCLAN, she won the Telegraph Start-Up Business of the Year Award at just 21. Marie began her career in the music and live entertainment industry across performance, promotion, and artist management, working alongside internationally recognized artists including Sir Bob Geldof, Ronnie Wood, and Simply Red.
