Dana Baiton

Dana Baiton is a supply chain pro with a passion for problem solving, people, and (believe it or not) spreadsheets. As Director of Global Supply at Spin Master, she leads supply and inventory planning across a network of toys, timelines, and teams—making sure the right products get to the right places at the right time. She loves a good challenge, thrives on collaboration, strives to bring the right balance of strategy and silly to every project she tackles.

Outside of work, she’s always up for an adventure—whether that’s traveling somewhere new, paddleboarding around Toronto Island, or hosting a friendly game night. Her latest adventure? Completing the Second City improv program, swapping supply chain plans for punchlines—at least for a few evenings.
