Steph North is General Counsel at Just Play and brings over 15 years of experience in the toy and licensing industries to her role. She believes legal teams should be collaborative, business-minded partners, and works closely with colleagues to support smart, creative growth while managing legal risk.

Steph began her licensing career at Hasbro, where she spent more than a decade negotiating global deals across hardlines, softlines, and promotions for iconic brands like Transformers, My Little Pony, andMonopoly. Today, she leads all legal functions at Just Play, helping bring best-in-class toys and games to

children around the world.

She feels fortunate to have built a legal career rooted in creativity and fun, and is excited to support otherwomen in the toy and licensing industries through her work with Women in Toys, Licensing & Entertainment.
