Full Time

About the Role

The Licensing Manager plays a foundational role in the day-to-day operations of the Super7 licensing program. In addition to operational responsibilities, this role provides structured exposure to licensor communication and partner-facing processes. Over time, this position is designed to grow into account management and relationship support, with the opportunity to contribute to partner discussions and commercial negotiations as experience and readiness grow.

The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, but also personable, confident in communication, and comfortable building rapport. They should be eager to learn the business side of licensing, develop strong partner instincts, and grow into a more externally facing role within the licensing function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in licensing within the entertainment and consumer products space, gaining both operational mastery and relationship management experience.
