About the Role


Tidy Books is a pioneering, design-led children’s brand with a 20-year heritage, created to support children’s love of reading through thoughtful, purposeful design.
We are seeking an experienced, values-led individual to take on a senior in-house role, leading the brand’s next chapter. This role would suit someone entrepreneurial and hands-on, with strong commercial instincts, a love of children’s products, and an appreciation for brands with meaning and longevity.
The role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to work closely with the founder during a transition phase.

Requirements

-Experience in toys, publishing, gifting or adjacent categories -Strong commercial and partnership instincts -A clear understanding of brand value and how to position for long-term success -A values-led, thoughtful approach to children’s brands and products -Hands-on and proactive, with a practical, roll-up-your-sleeves approach -Proven experience across marketing, sales and PR, and comfortable using modern tools and software to deliver -Resourceful, adaptable and able to make things happen -Comfortable working in a small, founder-led brand environment
