About the Role

Desired Experience + Skills



-3+ years of CPG Brand Management experience.
-Toy industry experience preferred but not required.

-Hands-on experience in the planning and execution of successful brand and product marketing campaigns.

-Gifted storyteller with excellent communication skills.
-Strong attention to detail and consistency across key consumer touchpoints.
-Combination of both Digital and Traditional Marketing experience.
-Experience marketing to young parents is preferred.
-Experience in Direct to Consumer channel is a plus.

Are you interested in being part of an incredible, category-leading brand in the toy industry? MAGNA-TILES® is seeking an experienced and creative Brand Manager to join our growing team! As the #1 Magnetic Building Sets brand in the U.S.(1), we’re experiencing tremendous growth and looking to welcome a new teammate to help us further elevate our brand and marketing efforts!

Our purpose is simple: to promote Meaningful Play. This position reports to our SVP of Marketing, though you’ll work with teammates across the organization to help create an incredible brand experience for millions of kids and families across the world. This is a critical, new role in our business, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to own initiatives that increase our brand awareness, drive revenue growth, and help MAGNA-TILES become a leader in preschool toys.





What We’re Looking For




-Passion for play, our consumer and the day-to-day work required to build an enduring, world-class toy brand.


-Enthusiasm to collaborate with teammates across a wide range of brand, consumer and channel marketing initiatives, from upfront planning and strategy, through tactical execution and measurement.


-Build, launch and optimize marketing campaigns in partnership with internal and external teams and agencies.


-Partner with Product Management colleagues in shaping product pipelines and the development of 360° commercial launch plans that drive brand differentiation, support brand objectives, and delight consumers.


-Lead development of brand content and collateral that brings our brand story and products to life.


-Leverage consumer insights to refine and evolve brand positioning and communication strategies.


-Continue to evolve our Visual Brand Identity and Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across global markets and channels.


-Assist in the oversight of key external partner relationships, including creative, research and PR agencies.


-Work with Marketing teammates to continue evolving our brand website, digging into first party data to understand our consumer, while creating an excellent brand and ecommerce experience.


-Accountability for annual Key Performance Indicators related to brand and business performance.


-Strong desire to take initiative, roll up your sleeves, apply your experience, grow your Marketing toolkit, and make a positive impact on the organization.
