What started as a college engineering project has grown into a fast-expanding toy company delivering high-tech play experiences to families worldwide. We blend engineering, creativity, and magic to create genuine moments of wonder — and we're just getting started.
The Role
This is a build-and-scale role, not a maintenance one. As Sales Manager, you'll own ZipString's retail sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence across major retailers and distribution partners. You'll work directly with leadership to shape how our products reach millions of customers.
What You'll Do

Own and grow key retail and distributor relationships
Develop and execute sales strategy across channels and markets
Negotiate pricing, programs, and long-term partnerships
Represent ZipString at buyer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Build scalable sales processes, forecasting systems, and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams

Requirements


Who You Are



5+ years of sales leadership experience (consumer products, toys, or retail preferred)


Proven track record growing revenue through major retail accounts


Deep understanding of how buyers think and how retail works


Strategic thinker who's equally comfortable being hands-on


Energized by fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments
