About the Role
Schylling is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our sales team as a Sales Admin with a focus on Key Accounts. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by serving as the administrative hub for all Schylling’s key accounts. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the sales department and will contribute to the achievement of sales targets. This will include a variety of administrative tasks, in addition to providing excellent assistance in sales processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales efforts and gain valuable experience in a dynamic sales environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Support the sales team in achieving sales targets by handling a broad array of administrative duties.
•Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from account managers, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
•Work interdepartmentally to create and update customer sales presentations aimed at expanding key account relationships and driving revenue growth.
•Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure realistic delivery timelines of set POG orders.
•Participate in sales meetings and provide input on sales activities.
•Complete customer setup forms and quote/input sheet and enter new item information into account portals.
•Coordinating customer image requests and updating customer portals with images, descriptions, dimensions, etc.
•Forecast/Sales Reservations/Projection Orders.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date account-specific terms on an annual basis.
•Support customer sample requests as needed.
•Maintain customer-specific pricing in NetSuite.
•Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Requirements
•Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
•Ability to adapt to changing priorities/business needs, with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
•Must be well organized and have the ability to meet consistent deadlines and maintain a positive attitude, accuracy, and attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities in a high paced environment
•Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
•Proven experience in a sales support or key account administrative role is preferred.
•Strong proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and customer vendor management websites/portals, and ERP systems. (NetSuite is a plus)
•Advanced Excel skills are a must. (i.e. pivot tables, creating formulas, manipulating data)
•Understanding of the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.
•Occasional travel (up to 25%) as necessary.
