About the Role
Industry leading children’s consumer goods company is seeking Social Media Community Manager. As a Social Media Community Manager, you will manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage, and retain them, and help convert them into leads, customers, and active fans and promoters of our company and brands. You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, are passionate about pop culture, and understand how to build, engage, and convert a digital audience.
Principal Responsibilities:
• Build and manage the company's social media profiles and calendar across multiple channels to develop the brand’s social presence, brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Execute against editorial calendar including publishing content.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to plan and produce content appropriate for specific networks to grow and engage our audiences.
• Daily management of all aspects of Just Play’s social media accounts including timely posting, moderating, engaging and providing customer service when necessary
• Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions with our followers to grow our audience engagement.
• Engage with industry influencers to develop influencer programs, brand collaborations and UGC content.
• Explore and provide recommendations on how to best engage with audiences through latest social media trends and emerging platforms.
• Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
