We are seeking a motivated and proactive Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive support to [Digital Plus China]. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring my/our efficiency and productivity by managing my/our schedule, communication, and various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
1, Schedule Management: Manage and maintain a complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2, Communication Hub: Act as the first point of contact, screening calls, emails, and inquiries, and directing them appropriately.
3, Project & Task Management: Break down larger projects into manageable tasks, prioritize tasks, and set deadlines to ensure timely completion.
4, Travel Arrangements: Research, book, and manage travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
5, Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents. Manage databases and filing systems.
6, Research & Problem-Solving: Conduct research on various topics, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
7, Discretion & Confidentiality: Maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding all personal and business information.
Skills for LinkedIn Outreach & Sales Navigator Success:
1, Communication & Relationship Building: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
2, Research & Information Gathering: Adept at using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to research potential clients and gather relevant information.
3, Organization & Prioritization: Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4, Time Management: Exceptional time management skills to ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
5, Initiative & Problem-Solving: Proactive and resourceful with a strong ability to identify and solve problems independently.
6, Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using common office software (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.) and comfortable learning new technologies.
Bonus Points:
Experience using LinkedIn and/or Sales Navigator for outreach and lead generation.
Proven track record of success in a similar role.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
