This is a Fully Remote Position



PRINCIPAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop and manage sales strategies and objectives for assigned accounts
Develop and maintain close business relationships with customers
Oversee communications and feedback between customers and internal partners in Sales, Design, Licensing and Production
Manage local sales reps as needed or assigned
Travel as needed
Prepare line plan by Season for assigned customers with suggested assortments based on the marketplace and account
Identify sales opportunities based on analysis of accounts
Manage the full sales cycle including follow-up with customers, product development and merchandising teams to ensure timely delivery of samples, shipments and any information requested
Strategically cultivate new accounts and seek opportunities to expand business with existing accounts

Requirements

7+ years of experience in selling entertainment licensed product and/or toy lines, preferably in the seasonal category


Superior organizational skills and excellent communication skills; team oriented


Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, highly detail oriented and meticulous


A strong network of contacts with major national and regional retailers


Strong analytical skills


Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations/promotions


Strong computer skills required with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


High energy, detail focused, action-oriented contributor


A clear vision for expansion possibilities of the business with new retailers and channels
