Would you like to be our next member spotlight?
At WiT, we love to shine a light on our members' stories and give them a chance to answer questions about themselves, plus offer advice to other members.

More About Me
Tell us about your career journey and how you ended up here.
It all started a year before graduating from Indiana University with my Bachelor's in Environmental Management. Thrilled with my accomplishment, yet sat with this feeling of "what's next?"
Naturally, out of a conversation with a close friend, she suggests I look into Human Resources. With my natural connection with people and desire to help, what better field to go into?
Fast forward eight years later, and the world is positioned to consider the future. The future looked different, and I saw a need to find an opportunity that allowed me to focus on the people I work with and ensure their time spent at work is worth their time away from family.
2023 sneaks up, and I find myself in the role of a lifetime at MAGNA-TILES. A company that saw a need for someone like me to help care for their team and create a culture that embodies our purpose. I have not looked back since!
Describe yourself in 5-7 words - have fun with it!
Most would say I am bubbly, optimistic, a good friend, empathetic, and ambitious!
Tell us about a time when you thrived at work, and what you learned about yourself from that experience
One moment I will never forget was when I was working in the financial industry, a male-dominated industry at that.
I founded a Women in Global Asset Management Organization (similar to WiT) and gathered a sea of women for our opening night. The buzz in the room that night is something that still sits with me today.
What is your favorite part of your job?
My favorite part of my role is the ability to make a difference and having an incredible management team to support me along the way.
How about when you "turn off" and go home? Any hobbies or fun activities you are involved in?
When I'm not at work, you can find me reading a good book, brunch with friends, or hiking with my golden retriever, Billy!
Any must-read, must-watch or must-follow recomendations?
I recommend reading 'You Turn'!
This book will help you discover your true self, and thrive (not just survive) in your career.

Grateful to find a community in WiT. From making new connections to growing my professional development. I am thrilled to be a part of a network of strong individuals in the Toy, Licensing, and Entertainment community.
