More About Me
Tell us about your career journey and how you ended up here.
Having spent the first decade of my career in the Sports industry. I joined EXG almost five years ago and was instantly drawn to its dynamic culture and loved the innovative potential of the licensing sector. I excel in leveraging new technology to engage audiences and optimize work practices.

A perpetual puzzle-solver
Tell us about a time when you thrived at work, and what you learned about yourself from that experience.
Shortly after joining the company, in the early stages before we had a D2C store, we were offered a unique opportunity which of course required a brand store. Given less than five weeks to create a fully functional website, I utilized my background in web development, UX, and UI design. Working tirelessly around my usual responsibilities, I brought the site to life, complete with localization in multiple languages and currencies. This experience taught me the value of resourcefulness, adaptability, and the importance of seizing opportunities to grow and contribute to the team.
What is your favorite part of your job?
As a scaling business we often find ourselves seizing last-minute opportunities, I love the challenge and the reward when it comes to fruition.
How about when you "turn off" and go home? Any hobbies or fun activities you are involved in?
With two huskies, I spend my spare time outdoors hiking, running, paddleboarding—anything to burn off their boundless energy.
Any must-read, must-watch or must-follow recomendations?
For business, I lean towards podcasts: The Agents of Change, Everything VR & AR, The Digital Transformation, Working Hard, Hardly Working, and Better Offline (for a different perspective). On a personal level, if you're into crime books, I'm your go-to for recommendations.
