Tell us about your career journey and how you ended up here.
After spending 30 plus years as a social worker and therapist in underserved, marginalized communities, as well as serving as a Veteran Reintegration
Specialist, I was saddened by the fact that so few people ever have the opportunity to be heard, validated or supported through their experiences, as well as alarmed by the divisions amongst people - so I created my Company After spending 30 plus years as a social worker and therapist in underserved, marginalized communities, as well as serving as a Veteran Reintegration
Specialist, I was saddened by the fact that so few people ever have the opportunity to be heard, validated or supported through their experiences, as well as alarmed by7 the divisions amongst people - so I created my Company to be a salve and a solace to as many people as possible, to help them to connect to one another deeply across all divides, and to have the opportunity to process their emotions, experiences and lives with compassion and dignity.

Tell us about a time when you thrived at work, and what you learned about yourself from that experience.
As a Reintegration Specialist during the drawdown from Afghanistan, I had the opportunity to travel nationwide to work with thousands of Service Members and their families. I learned how to be authentic and brave and to go beyond myself and what I thought I was capable of.
What is your favorite part of your job?
Providing unique, one of a kind healing and transformational experiences to people; bringing light into the darkness.
How about when you "turn off" and go home? Any hobbies or fun activities you are involved in?
Watching documentaries and films, theater, dance, swimming.
