Casey Liu has been a key driver of our licensing growth, helping secure partnerships like Bluey for Don’t Wake Daddy, Sanrio for Clickeez, and tapping into emerging trends (romantasy) with Fourth Wing. She also leads our inventor relations, connecting new ideas with the right opportunities to strengthen our pipeline. Casey brings a clear, relationship-driven approach that turns opportunities into results and keeps innovation moving.

Jean instills a service minded culture within Spin Master always striving to better meet the needs of licensors. Since moving into this role, she has been instrumental in securing licensing rights for leading entertainment and digital properties including KPop Demon Hunters, Sonic the Hedgehog, Super Mario, a portfolio of horror properties and a soon to be announced toy licensing program for Supercell’s biggest games. She has fostered strong relationships with existing licensed partners, elevating collaboration including with Feld Entertainment’s Monster Jam. She has also elevated Spin Master’s visibility with IP owners by implementing new global processes in support of licensors.

Jess has demonstrated exceptional leadership by redefining Mattel brands through culturally relevant, premium partnerships. She led the Miu Miu x UNO collaboration, elevating UNO into the high-fashion space - far beyond previous mass-market positioning - through flagship launch events in London and Italy, achieving 80% sell-through. She also spearheaded the Maje x Hot Wheels collaboration, expanding the brand into womenswear and new demographics, generating ~200M media reach across top-tier publications including Vogue, Grazia, and Forbes. Through these initiatives, she has consistently identified and executed unexpected partnerships that drive brand elevation, cultural relevance, and strong commercial outcomes.

Kaylee has driven significant growth through strategic licensing initiatives, combining strong business acumen with executional excellence. She led the introduction of M.A.S.K. with TLS, launching first-to-market with
BigBadToyStore, and spearheaded the global debut of auto-converting Transformers robots with Robosen—an innovation generating millions in revenue. She expanded the collectibles portfolio by onboarding partners like Sideshow and Shushu Papa, while unlocking new opportunities with CultureFly. By strengthening key partnerships with Jada, Robosen, and Super7, Kaylee has consistently exceeded revenue targets and advanced licensed product innovation across categories.

Kerry (Kez) has transformed MGA’s licensing business into a major growth driver, on track to reach one-third of revenue by 2026. In under three years, she has built a strong portfolio of culturally relevant partnerships, from iconic IP like Harry Potter, Mean Girls, Clueless, Strawberry Shortcake, Sanrio, and Bluey to bold brands like Taco Bell and Liquid Death, along with celebrity collaborations for Bratz. She saw the opportunity to better connect our products to culture and trends, including bringing that lens to Miniverse to drive innovation. As a result, licensed collaborations consistently land in the Top 10 at retail.

Throughout her career, Kim Bell has built best-in-class relationships with leading licensors and licensees across domestic and international markets, successfully negotiating global agreements for some of the industry’s most sought-after brands such as Mickey Mouse, Hannah Montana, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Bluey and Paw Patrol.  Her work has generated over $2B in global retail sales and brought award-winning products to retailers around the world including four Toy of the Year (TOTY) Awards and two finalist honors, reflecting both creative achievement and commercial success.

As Senior Manager for Dolls & Role Play at Disney, she leads the North American business for core toy lines across iconic brands including Disney Princess and Frozen. In collaboration with Mattel, she advanced exclusive programs, including Walmart’s Enchanted Stories, with additional initiatives planned. By targeting emerging segments and expanding consumer reach —including fan opportunities like the Skullector Alien Doll—she delivers measurable growth and category impact.

Lisa Wright has been instrumental in expanding Bonkers’ portfolio of New Media brands. She recently secured licenses for Warrior Cats, PrestonPlayz, and Gorilla Tag. Although each property has distinct DNA—a YouTube creator, a VR game, and a literary franchise with a chart-topping fan-made Roblox experience—they share an engaged, toy-ready fan base. The opportunity lay in identifying and acquiring these emerging IPs and collaborating closely with licensors to develop compelling products. The result: a line of popular plush, toys, and collectibles now driving strong sales at major retailers, including Walmart and Target. These launches demonstrate strategic vision and execution excellence.

Maura’s most impressive accomplishment is how she has transformed the opportunity of being the President of LI into a soapbox to champion causes such as brand protection, diversity, and education.
