One hallmark is that she independently built and scaled our Amazon Creator Connections program, which delivered exceptional ROI and helped increase retail sales by +16% in 2025. Danielle also drove major progress expanding the brand’s international reach on social through best-in-class organic and paid performance. Expanding her impact further, she now oversees broader media investment, applying sharp, data-driven decision-making to sustain double-digit year-over-year sales growth, while simultaneously strengthening long-term brand equity (unaided awareness +12ppt since ’22) and scalable, full-funnel activation across multiple channels.

She also demonstrated transformative leadership by reimagining the Wicked: For Good campaign as a force for real-world impact through Rebuild LA. In response to the 2025 LA fires, she spearheaded an event that supported 200 displaced families. Kat unified partners across film, philanthropy, and retail - securing product donations from Amazon and amplifying reach with Cynthia Erivo–narrated content driving donations to Habitat for Humanity.

She transformed the Amazon Holiday Kids Gift Book into annual event family eagerly look forward to, achieving conversion improvements 3X above industry benchmarks while substantially expanding distribution. She pioneered multi-channel experiences including voice-enabled book interactions, and immersive digital experiences (including a shoppable Roblox mini-game). Her re-imagined approach to seasonal toy marketing drove substantial increases in media coverage year-over-year. Kelly scaled these innovations globally, enabling other countries (Japan, UK) to launch their first physical catalog programs in 2025.
